Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• It must be unworn, unused, and free of scratches, wear, or alteration.
• All original tags, packaging, and components must be included.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Approved returns must be shipped using the prepaid return label we provide.

A flat $50 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover insured, signature-required return shipping.
This ensures the package is fully protected during transit.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the return shipping fee will be waived.

We cannot assume responsibility for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit if an unauthorized shipping method is used.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized jewelry
• Engraved or resized pieces
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

If you're unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We process exchanges as new orders. After your return is approved, you may purchase your preferred item.
If the replacement has a higher price, the difference will be due at checkout.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers receiving orders within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The $50 insured return label fee applies unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $50 return shipping fee when applicable.

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
