Hannah Long Jewelry – Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders for in-stock pieces are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

If we anticipate any delay, we will contact you directly using the email provided at checkout.


Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted, insured carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS (Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express)

We do not currently use DHL.

All shipments include:

  • Full insurance

  • Tracking

  • Adult signature confirmation required

We cannot remove the signature requirement, as this protects the integrity and safety of your jewelry in transit.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is free for all orders.

Please note that returns are subject to a flat $50 insured return shipping fee, deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or import fees required by their country. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

No exceptions.

Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.


Shipment Insurance & Required Signature

Every order is shipped with:

  • Full insurance

  • Adult signature required upon delivery

This protects both the customer and the business by ensuring the package is delivered securely and is never left unattended.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Estimated delivery window

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

All shipments are insured until they are delivered and signed for.

Once the carrier updates the package as “Delivered” with a verified signature, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us immediately at hannahlongjewelry@gmail.com so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
